PREGNANCY YOGA

I am fully trained with Birthlight and the renowned Francois Freedman and Uma Dunsmore-Tuli I have been teaching Pregnancy Yoga since 2005. Yoga is a real joy in pregnancy, as well as keeping the body fit and supple, it prepares the body for labour, calms the mind and creates beautiful positive vibrations in your body for your baby to experience and enjoy. Postures are adapted for pregnancy and a lot of focus is also placed on relaxation with some meditation at the end of the class.

I run a pregnancy yoga class for small groups, or on a 1-2-1 basis in my students homes where they feel at ease and comfortable.

Books are recommended as well as homeopathic kits specifically for pregnancy and childbirth, and having given birth naturally to all 3 of my sons, and being a qualified doula I provide some useful tips for the labour!!

  • I assist women who are having difficulty conceiving or experiencing recurrent miscarriages, and those who are looking to optimise their chances of IVF success.

POST NATAL

  • It is very normal to feel depleted after birth especially due to lack of sleep, fluctuating hormone levels, even anxiety and depression.
  • Eating the right foods along with lifestyle habits can help to give you more energy, balance your moods and to produce higher quality breastmilk.
  • My personalised plan which will be tailored for your needs will help with all of the above and any other needs you may want to address.
