My mission is to empower others to thrive. I am devoted to helping you create long lasting habits to achieve optimal health and abundant energy whilst cultivating the mindset to go with it. When you feel inspired, more than ordinary thinking is involved.


On a personal level seeing something new about yourself is called an insight. If the inspiration is powerful enough, one’s whole life can be changed and years of patterned behaviour can change very quickly. This has been my experience since I discovered the many wonders of yoga, mindfulness, meditation and nutritional therapy, and I have seen firsthand the benefits this has brought to my life and many others over the years. SMALL steps can make a BIG difference. This is the fundamental belief that guides all I do.

My primary focus is connecting people to a healthier, happy and more joyful lifestyle. What I do is from the heart, so the most natural step is to want to share my knowledge and serve others.
