Nutritional Therapy uses nutritional science and evidence-based research to promote optimal health and well-being and to bring the body back into balance. I create personalised protocols for my clients that will aid and empower them to work towards optimal health.

  • You will be sent a health questionnaire prior to the appointment and will be asked to provide a 5 day food diary.
  • During the 90 minute consultation we will discuss your medical, diet and lifestyle history
  • You will receive a targeted personalised plan, which I will create specifically for you to help you work towards your health goals.
  • This will enable you to feel inspired and empowered, with the tools you need to recalibrate your physical and mental health!

Follow up appointments (45 minutes) are available where we review your progress, update your plan to make changes if necessary and to include new recommendations and tests if needed.

MY TRULY HEALTHY 12 WEEK PLAN

  • Prior to your initial consultation you will be sent a heath questionnaire and asked to provide a 5 day food diary.
  • An initial 90 minute appointment (either in person/online) where I take into account the symptoms the client has, whilst assessing general health covering all the systems of the body along with dietary habits, lifestyle factors, medical and family history.
  • A nutritional and dietary analysis through food diaries
  • A personalised protocol designed specifically for you, outlining my dietary & lifestyle suggestions which may include supplements to help balance the body for the 12 week period.
  • I may recommend functional testing which helps me to understand the nutritional needs of my client and helps them to achieve the health improvements they are seeking.
  • 6 online follow up consultations (45 minutes) to review progress and assess whether any more changes/additions need to be made to your plan.
  • Weekly email contact throughout the 12 week period.
  • Meal recommendations, recipes, recipe books for inspiration and to aid implementation of the recommended protocol.
